This experience begins at one of Florence's vibrant local markets, where you'll move through the stalls with an expert chef at your side, selecting the finest seasonal produce, meats and cheeses, and learning to read the ingredients the way Florentines have for centuries.
Back in our kitchen, those ingredients become the lesson. Guided by your chef, you'll explore the techniques and traditions of Tuscan cooking – honest, unfussy, deeply rooted in the landscape – and craft a selection of authentic dishes from scratch.
Then, of course, you eat what you've made. With a glass of something Tuscan, naturally.
