Yes, you can log in with your old Anantara, Avani, Tivoli, Elewana, Oaks, and NH DISCOVERY account without any action required.

Which hotels and resorts are part of Minor DISCOVERY?

All Minor Hotels brands are part of Minor DISCOVERY, including Anantara, Avani, NH, NH Collection, nhow, Oaks, Elewana, and Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. However, please note that the following hotels are not part of the programme:

How can I join Minor DISCOVERY and is there a fee?

It is completely free to become a member of our loyalty programme. Simply sign up online and accept the Terms and Conditions

Can I request the deletion of my membership?

Yes, you can request the deletion of your personal data by writing to Minor Hotels at Calle Santa Engracia 120, 7ª, 28003, Madrid, addressed to the Data Protection Office, or by emailing [email protected]. Please include a copy of your government-issued ID. Once your membership is deleted, you will no longer be able to enjoy Minor DISCOVERY benefits.

Do you issue Minor DISCOVERY membership cards?

No, we don’t issue physical membership cards. However, you can easily access your virtual digital card via the member dashboard on our website or as a passbook with our mobile app. Your Minor DISCOVERY loyalty member number is also displayed at the top of all our email communications with you. 

What are the Terms and Conditions of Minor DISCOVERY?

What benefits do Minor DISCOVERY members get when booking directly on the website or app?

Minor DISCOVERY members will receive additional benefits and privileges when making reservations through the website or app. These include up to 10% off any booking, a bonus of D$5 for each web or app reservation, an additional D$20 after their fourth stay, and complimentary premium WiFi at any of the hotels and resorts worldwide. How can I book the discount rate of up to 10% off?

This exclusive loyalty discount is included in all public rates displayed online when you select the Minor DISCOVERY rate. Make sure to log in as a loyalty programme member during the booking process.

Stay Credit for Tier Progression and D$

Can I earn nights, spend credit, brand stays credit or DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) on stays before I joined Minor DISCOVERY? 

You can start earning credit for your stays only after you’ve enroled in Minor DISCOVERY, meaning any stays before your enrolment won’t count for tier progression or will be accumulated for DISCOVERY Dollars (D$).

Do my previous nights, spend credit, brand stays credit or DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) transfer from my old Anantara, Avani, Tivoli, Elewana, Oaks and NH DISCOVERY account to Minor DISCOVERY?

Yes, your previous nights, spend credit, brand stays credit, and DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) transfer from your previous account to Minor DISCOVERY.

Does my first stay count toward tier progression?

Your very first stay as a Minor DISCOVERY member will always count toward tier progression and earning D$ based on your net spend, no matter how the booking was made. After that, book directly through our website or app to earn both credit and D$ for your stay. Plus, you can use your DISCOVERY Dollars towards upgrades and additional spend at our hotels and resorts.

How long will it take for my nights, spend credit, or brand stays credit to appear in my account?

It may take up to 48 hours after your stay for your Nights, Spend Credit, or Brand Stays credit to appear in your account.

Are all hotel brands considered separate for tier progression?

Please note that NH Hotels & Resorts, NH Collection Hotels & Resorts and nhow Hotels & Resorts are considered one brand for tier progression. This means that if you stay at both an NH and an NH Collection hotel or resort, they will count as one brand, whereas stays at an Anantara and a nhow hotel or resort would be counted as two separate brands.

No, complimentary breakfast can only be availed of as part of an eligible overnight stay.

How many people benefit from complimentary breakfast?

A maximum of two adults staying in the same room can avail of complimentary breakfast.

What room rate do I book to receive this benefit?

Members must book an eligible room‑only rate to receive complimentary breakfast. If a rate that already includes breakfast is booked, no refund, rate adjustment or compensation will be provided.

Simply present your digital loyalty card available in the Minor Hotels or GHA DISCOVERY apps. The team will verify your eligibility and apply the savings per each outlet’s policy.

Are there any restrictions or blackout dates?

Restrictions may apply to in-room dining, banquets, public holidays, special events, catering and promotional items depending on the outlet. Please check the terms and conditions here

Do savings apply to takeaway, delivery or room service?

Savings are available for dine-in only unless stated otherwise. 

Can my personal guests benefit from savings even if they are not members?

Savings can be applied to one bill per table when a valid Platinum, Titanium or Red member is present. 
Earning and Redeeming DISCOVERY Dollars

What are DISCOVERY Dollars (D$)?

DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) are the reward points of the Minor DISCOVERY loyalty programme, giving you more ways to enjoy and indulge at participating hotels and resorts. 

What are DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) worth?

Each D$ is worth USD 1. If you’re earning or spending D$ in currencies other than U.S. Dollars, we'll convert it based on our current exchange rate. D$ can be used at participating Global Hotel Alliance (GHA) hotels for eligible purchases, including discounts on Stay Offers, Local Offers or Experiences. Cash reimbursements aren’t available. How do I earn DISCOVERY Dollars (D$)?

As a Minor DISCOVERY member, you’ll automatically earn D$ when staying and spending at participating hotels and resorts, based on your room rate and eligible purchases (excluding taxes and fees). The earning rate depends on your tier level: 

- Silver: 4% 
- Gold: 5% 
- Platinum: 6% 
- Titanium: 7% 

Your D$ will be rounded down to the nearest dollar, with a minimum of D$5 earned. Promotional D$ may have different criteria, amounts and expiration dates, which will be detailed in each promotion’s terms & conditions. 

Is there a minimum amount of D$ required to redeem?

Yes, you’ll need at least 10 DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) (equivalent to USD 10) to spend on your next stay.

How many rooms are eligible for earning DISCOVERY Dollars (D$)?

To earn D$, the room must be reserved in your name, and you must provide your membership number either when booking or during check-in or check-out. If you book multiple rooms under your name, you can only earn D$ for up to two rooms. You must be staying overnight at the participating hotel for those rooms to count. If two members share a reservation and pay separately, both will earn D$ for their portion of the net eligible spend.

What should I do if some of my DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) rewards haven’t been registered?

If some of your D$ haven’t shown up, you can easily submit a claim through the contact form in your account dashboard. Claims must be submitted within six months of your stay. Alternatively, you can reach our Customer Care team below during their local business hours:
