As Chief Commercial Officer, Ian Di Tullio heads global Sales, Loyalty, Marketing, PR and Revenue & Distribution for Minor Hotels. A customer-centric marketer and seasoned executive, Ian constantly pushes the limits of commercial strategy and performance, as well as customer brand marketing, and experience and engagement, by redefining and enhancing the relevance and impact of customer interactions. Ian has extensive global managerial experience within large multinational organisations – including Accor, Qatar Airways and Air Canada – and a proven track record managing multicultural teams at senior levels.
A Canadian national, Ian holds a finance undergraduate degree from HEC Montreal, an MBA from Queen’s University in Canada and a PhD in Marketing from Cranfield University in the UK. He is a guest lecturer at many universities, speaks frequently at commercial, digital, loyalty, analytics and customer engagement events worldwide and is fluent in English, French and Italian.
