Aria Rooftop opens nightly from May to November on the sixth floor of Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi. From the rooftop garden with its bar shaped like a hot-air balloon, the views are among the finest in the city. Take in a 360-degree panorama that includes the Duomo, the Palazzo Vecchio and the Medici Chapels all at once.
The drinks list features signature cocktails inspired by the myths and art of Florence, alongside Champagne, fine wine and spirits. The kitchen, overseen by Chef Iside de Cesare, offers a light selection of gastronomic delights, including the signature Bolla, a crispy, airy bite that has become something of a rooftop legend.
