• Valid for bookings and stays at participating properties made through 30^th April 2024, inclusive.
• Guests must present their valid Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus membership card or inform their Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus membership number at check-in to qualify for special rate or Best Flexible Rates at time of check-in will be applied.
• Promotional rates and rooms are strictly subject to availability, and advertised savings are based on Best Flexible Rates.
• Discount and offer validity may vary by hotel. Please check with each property for exact terms and conditions.
• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discounts or packages and are non-exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
• Participating room types and minimum stay requirements may vary by hotel. Please check with each property for exact terms and conditions.
• Occupancy policies relating to children vary by property. Please contact hotel for details prior to booking.
• Maximum occupancy per room is two adults; additional guests may incur further charges. Please contact hotel for details prior to booking.

• Breakfast is for a maximum of two adults per room, per day in all properties, unless special offers (Half Board / Full Board) are provided at specific properties

• Offer is not applicable to groups, corporate rates, industry rates and travel agency rates.
• Dining and Spa discounts will be offered in conjunction with an eligible stay.
• Dining discounts are offered at participating restaurants only and exclude alcohol, mini bar, Dining by Design / specialty dining and room service. Contact hotel for details.
• Spa discounts are offered at participating spas only and are for individual treatments. Discount is not applicable for spa packages or retail items.
• Deposit and cancellation fees are subject to hotel policy.
• Triple Miles for Thai properties are defined as 500 Base Miles and 1,000 Bonus Miles for a total of 1,500 Miles per stay. While overseas properties, Triple Miles are defined as 750 Base Miles and 1,500 Bonus Miles for a total of 2,250 miles per eligible stay.
• Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus Points will be credited to your account between six to eight weeks after each eligible stay.
• Guest must be paying an Eligible Room Rate* to earn Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus Points for their stay.
• * Eligible Rates do not include corporate, tour operator, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry, internet wholesaler and third party rates.
• Bangkok Airways FlyerBonus Points will be awarded per Eligible Stay**
• ** An Eligible Stay means one or more consecutive nights spent by a Guest, booked at an Eligible rate at any participating hotel. This is regardless of the number of times that the member checks in or checks out during that stay.
• GHA DISCOVERY is our guest loyalty programme. GHA DISCOVERY members are exclusively rewarded with our rewards currency, DISCOVERY Dollars (D$), and stay benefits.
