Case Study: Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel – An Inaugural Soirée
The occasion
On the evening of 21 June 2023, Anantara Plaza Nice Hotel hosted a white-tie gala dinner in celebration of the Plaza’s opening after three years of renovations. The experts at David Collins Studio, Jean-Paul Gomis and TBC Interiorismo infused the interiors of the iconic landmark with a modern yet classic glamour.
The objective
To celebrate the grand opening and invite guests to enjoy an unforgettable evening surrounded by Belle Époque elegance in one of Nice’s most sophisticated hotels.
The result
Organise a gala dinner for the city’s high society and celebrity set, showcasing cuisine from Anantara’s hotels across Europe followed by a rendezvous at “SEEN by Oliver” with live music and exquisite food and drinks. The 300 guests enjoyed an exceptional evening and made indelible memories associated with Anantara Plaza Nice.

Case Study: Ombak Festival - Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas
The occasion
The Ombak Festival, a family-friendly coastal celebration of good times set to unfold across multiple Desaru Coast venues from 13 – 15 September 2024.
The objective
To promote local talent and products, boost tourism, and provide a platform for cultural exchange, contributing to the region’s economic and social development.
The result
The inaugural three-day Ombak Festival, was widely regarded as a success with 5,000 attendees – enjoying a diverse lineup of international and local artists, including Grace Jones, The Cardigans, Macy Gray, and Nile Rodgers & The Chic Organization, delivering memorable performances that resonated with more than 5,000 attendees from home and neighbouring countries.
Case Study: Loyalty customers celebration event - Anantara Downtown Dubai
The occasion
On 15th February 2025, Anantara Downtown Dubai was chosen to host the Loyalty Customers Celebration Event by Runwal Enterprises. Since the Mirage Ballroom was just recently renovated, this was a great opportunity for us to showcase it to our clients and their guests.
The objective
Runwal Group is one of the leading real estate developers in Mumbai with a portfolio of 65+ projects & 35,000+ happy families. They invited their customers for a launch of a new project in Dubai and used the opportunity to thank them for their loyalty.
The result
Happy clients, happy guests! The presentation was very well received by their customers, and several business deals were closed during the dinner, which was served in our outdoor venue, The Courtyard. Guests enjoyed the food prepared by our Executive Chef, Susanto Bhattacharya, and the cosy ambience.

Case Study: Wedding Buyout - Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara
The objective
The resort offers exclusive buyouts for events, with private weddings being a popular option. In March 2025, the resort hosted a large-scale Indian wedding buyout, accommodating 380 guests. The goal was to create a seamless experience across multiple locations, blending luxury and logistics to deliver a memorable event.
The result
The wedding was a success due to careful planning. Functions included a welcome reception in the lobby, a wedding brunch at the restaurant, and an evening event at the Main Pool. The traditional reception took place in the desert at Camp Al A’ara, requiring off-road transport. The team ensured smooth check-ins and transport logistics, making the event unforgettable.

As the first Engage! Summit hosted in Zambia, this was a milestone event in showcasing the country as a premier destination for luxury celebrations. Over four days, delegates experienced an unforgettable journey through Zambia’s rich culture, world-class hospitality, and stunning natural beauty.

To position Zambia as a must-visit destination for ultra-luxury weddings and exclusive events by offering an immersive showcase of the exceptional venues, bespoke experiences, and unmatched service available at The Royal Livingstone and Avani Victoria Falls Hotels. The summit provided a rare opportunity for the world’s top event planners and luxury hospitality leaders to discover firsthand how Zambia delivers one-of-a-kind, unforgettable celebrations.
The experience
A carefully curated programme seamlessly blended impactful industry discussions with extraordinary cultural, culinary, and adventure experiences. Highlights included a conference at the Avani Centre, bringing together 250 industry pioneers to explore trends shaping luxury weddings. Cultural moments featured a traditional African Boma Welcome Party with Zambian flavours, a gourmet safari-inspired dinner at Kingfisher Boma, and a starlit gathering at the Royal Livingstone Express. Guests also enjoyed a morning of sunrise yoga overlooking the Zambezi River, and informal late-night networking at the Travellers Bar, all culminating in an unforgettable experience.

nhow Milano, the preferred location for unconventional events
The challenge
Present the new range of premium organic sodas by Red Bull to partners, media and consumers, catching attention during the “overcrowded” Milano Design Week.
The solution
nhow Milano supported Red Bull in its launch thanks to the creative spaces and versatility of the nhow Loft and Penthouse. A #noentrance private party represented the perfect set-up to surprise, amaze and generate a memorable event for attendees, in line with Red Bull’s communication strategy.
The result
Red Bull was enthusiastic about the overall event! It created a great opportunity for them to give a preview of their new drinks inside the curious and eccentric spaces of nhow Milano. With nhow Milano, Red Bull launched a striking event that will be remembered for years to come.

Philips spotlights nhow Milan’s suites Philips Lighting chose nhow Milan’s 10th anniversary event to showcase its new technology.
The challenge
To surprise and seduce media and attendees with the new Philips HUE technology in an amazing and stylish “home” location in the heart of Milan.
The solution
To use the 10th anniversary celebration of nhow Milan and its high-end design and elegant suites. It created the perfect location to support Philips reach their target audience with a unique experience.
The result
Philips equipped the nhow suites with its brand-new lighting system. During the event, guests were amazed by the stunning effect created by their HUE technology. Philips Lighting revealed they were completely satisfied with the end result of the event.

NH, the perfect partner for the automotive business
Fiat Professional choses NH for a training on the new range 2016
The challenge
To present the new Fiat Professional Range, the Fullback, Talento, and New Fiorino – ranging from 3.5 metres to 5.3 metres in length.
The solution
NH Milano Congress Centre represented the perfect location to support Fiat Professional in showing 12 vehicles to its guests, thanks to spacious meeting rooms, advanced audiovisual equipment and huge exhibition spaces inside and outside
The result
Fiat Professional gave enthusiastic feedback, especially on the great chance to showcase vehicles inside the training rooms; the powerful WiFiservice; and the overall hotel logistics that allowed Fiat to gain 4.7 points out of 5 in the post-event satisfaction form from attendees.

NH Gent Belfort proved to be the ideal event location for Disneyland® Paris
The challenge
Finding a representative location conveniently situated between Disneyland® Paris and the various stations of the respective travel agents in Belgium, with high-quality facilities for presentations and an attractive dinner ambiance.
The solution
NH Gent Belfort was the ideal location for Disneyland® Paris as it was perfectly situated to receive guests from both France and Belgium and have excellent parking facilities. Additionally, NH Gent Belfort provided Disneyland® Paris with first-rate technical facilities at its disposal for the presentation.

This was a successful event for Disneyland® Paris thanks to the experienced and flexible NH Gent Belfort team that prepared everything down to the smallest detail. The dedicated service and facilities contributed to creating positive awareness among the travel agents for what Disneyland® Paris has in store for 2017. The evening ended with a memorable dinner in a fascinating venue – the Denys Medieval Crypt located underneath the building.
