We guarantee that you will always find the best available rate on Minor PRO . That is why we will grant you access within your account to any seasonal promotion and give you up to 10% extra discount.

No. The two discounts are not cumulative. You will need to choose the rate and discount you want during the booking process.

If you belong to the tier ADVANCE, MASTER or ELITE, you can request an early check-in at least two days prior to arrival or a late check-out upon arrival at the hotel. Special accommodation options are based on availability, but hotels will do their best to honour such requests. Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the hotel.

To benefit from your 10% discount in bars or restaurants, just show your Minor PRO Business Programme membership number in the hotel bar or restaurant, and our colleagues will automatically apply the discount.
Keep in mind there are some bars and restaurants that are excluded. Check the list of excluded restaurants here.

The 5% discount on meetings and events applies to groups with contracted meeting rooms or F&B services. The discount is applicable on the total net group revenue (applicable on guest rooms, meeting room rental, F&B and in-house contracted services). To qualify, your event must have a minimum of 5,000 EUR/USD in total revenue spend. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is not valid for city-wide events nor previously booked or held meetings. This discount is always subject to availability.

Once this form has been completed you will receive a confirmation email to configure your login details.

When you reach a new tier, you will receive a communication via email that will inform you.
You can also log in to your Minor PRO Business Programme private area through the Minor PRO platform and see what your current tier is there.

The temporary link is provided while you receive your online credentials, bookings made through the link will not be considered for upgrades as it is a generic link.

Yes, a maximum of 9 rooms per company, date and hotel can be booked via the Minor PRO Platform. For reservations of more than 9 rooms, group special fares and conditions apply.

You can modify certain information about the booking, for example the details of the booker and guest, and room preferences such as bed type, smoking preferences and other comments. If you wish to change the dates of your stay, then you need to cancel the reservation and make a new one.

Yes, you can cancel one or several bookings, without any extra charge, depending on the cancelation policy indicated in the booking confirmation.

Yes, you can extend your reservations subject to availability. The availability and rates will be confirmed upon request.

If the agency is not working with Minor PRO they can join us by registering through https://www.minorhotels.com/en/minor-pro/welcome-to-minor-pro/eu-am. Once the registration is complete or if the agency is already working with Minor PRO , it is necessary to have access to your Minor PRO Business Programme membership, this access should be requested by sending an email to minorpro@minor-hotels.com. To enjoy the minorpro.com additional benefits associated to your tier level, the agency will need to book online with their own credentials.

To make bookings through minorpro.com, your company must first be granted access to the platform.
If your company already has a corporate agreement with Minor Hotels, please contact your Minor Hotels account handler so they can activate your company’s access to Minor PRO and link the agreement to your account.
Once access has been set up, your negotiated corporate rates and agreed conditions will be automatically displayed in your personal Minor PRO account whenever you log in and book—based on the terms of your existing agreement.
If you already have access to Minor PRO but do not see your negotiated rates, we recommend contacting your account handler or the Minor Hotels sales team for assistance.

Yes. If a company prefers each employee to have their own individual user account, each employee must complete the registration form provided by their Minor Hotels account handler, using their personal details.
Once registered, each employee will be able to access the Minor PRO platform with their own login credentials and manage their bookings independently.

Yes. If the company prefers to use one single shared user account, the registration form provided by the account handler only needs to be completed once, using the email address the company wishes to use for access.
Once the account has been activated, the company can share the login credentials internally, and all users will be able to access the Minor PRO platform using the same email and password.
