1. WHAT IS MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME?

Minor PRO Business Programme is our exclusive programme for companies and self-employed with special discounts and benefits.

This programme is only available for hotels located in Europe and the Americas.

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY A REGISTRATION FEE WHEN REGISTERING WITH MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME?

No. There is no associated cost with the Minor PRO Business Programme membership. The programme is free for all companies and self-employed

4. WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TIERS AND HOW DO I REACH THEM?

There are four Minor PRO Business Programme tiers: SMART, ADVANCE, MASTER nd ELITE. These are based on the number of room nights that a company spends with us within a year from their subscription date. Note that the tier is calculated based on your historical reservations (consumed) and not on future bookings. Also remember that the room nights are accumulated per company and not individually, in this way you will upgrade faster

5. WHERE CAN I START MAKING MY BOOKINGS WITH MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME DISCOUNTS AND BENEFITS?

You just need to log in to minor-pro.com with your log in details.

You can access your private Minor PRO Business Programme area by clicking on the login button on the top right hand corner of this page (minor-pro.com). You can find this access throughout the whole Minor PRO website. If you do not have a Minor PRO account, you can always sign up through the login button and select sign up to enjoy all the benefits.

If you forget your password, you can simply click on “Forgot your password” to reset your login credentials.

6. DO I HAVE THE SAME BENEFITS REGARDLESS OF THE BOOKING CHANNEL?

You will always get the best discounts and benefits when booking online through minor-pro.com. When booking through the Reservation Office or directly with the hotel you will not enjoy the online benefits but still have access to the following advantages:

• A minimum of 8% off and a maximum of 15% off on all bookings, regardless of the tier you belong to
• A 5% discount on meetings and events. Please check the conditions in the Minor PRO Business Programme terms and conditions
• If you are also a member of Minor DISCOVERY, you can earn DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) for Minor DISCOVERY with your Minor PRO Business Programme bookings

1. CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME DISCOUNTS AND BENEFITS ON BOTH MY BUSINESS AND LEISURE TRIPS?

Yes of course, with Minor PRO Business Programme you can book for both business and leisure trips.

2. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN “DISCOUNT ON FLEXIBLE RATES” AND “DISCOUNT ON PROMO RATES”?

We guarantee that you will always find the best available rate on Minor PRO. That is why we will grant you access within your account to any seasonal promotion and give you up to 10% extra discount.

3. CAN I USE MY “DISCOUNT ON FLEXIBLE RATES” AND THE UP TO 10% ADDITIONAL “DISCOUNT ON PROMO RATES” IN THE SAME BOOKING?

No. The two discounts are not cumulative. You will need to choose the rate and discount you want during the booking process.

4. HOW CAN I GET EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT?

If you belong to the tier ADVANCE, MASTER or ELITE, you can request an early check-in at least two days prior to arrival or a late check-out upon arrival at the hotel. Special accommodation options are based on availability, but hotels will do their best to honour such requests. Check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the hotel.

5. HOW CAN I GET THE 10% DISCOUNT ON BARS AND RESTAURANTS?

To benefit from your 10% discount in bars or restaurants, just show your Minor PRO Business Programme membership number in the hotel bar or restaurant, and our colleagues will automatically apply the discount.

Keep in mind there are some bars and restaurants that are excluded. Check the list of excluded restaurants here.

6. HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE 5% DISCOUNT ON MEETINGS & EVENTS?

The 5% discount on meetings and events applies to groups with contracted meeting rooms or F&B services. The discount is applicable on the total net group revenue (applicable on guest rooms, meeting room rental, F&B and in-house contracted services). To qualify, your event must have a minimum of 5,000 EUR/USD in total revenue spend. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is not valid for city-wide events nor previously booked or held meetings. This discount is always subject to availability.

7. HOW CAN I MAKE USE OF FAST PASS (ONLINE CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT / CHOOSE YOUR ROOM)?

8. I AM ALSO A MEMBER OF MINOR DISCOVERY, CAN I ACCUMULATE DISCOVERY DOLLARS (D$) WITH MY MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME?

Yes, Minor DISCOVERY members can accumulate DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) in their personal account with every Minor PRO Business Programme booking.

To receive your DISCOVERY $ Dollars, just tell our colleagues at the hotel that you are a member of Minor DISCOVERY, and that you would like to accumulate D$ with your booking made as an Minor PRO Business Programme member

9. AS A BUSINESS TRAVELER AND MEMBER OF MINOR DISCOVERY CAN I COMBINE MY UP TO 10% DISCOUNT FROM THE MINOR DISCOVERY PROGRAM WITH THE MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME DISCOUNTS?

No. Your company rates, which are part of the Minor PRO Business Programme, cannot be combined with your Minor DISCOVERY discounts. However, you will still earn DISCOVERY Dollars!.

To book your Minor PRO Business Programme discounts, you will need to book through your professional access at minor-pro.com/minor-pro-business-programme. For Minor DISCOVERY rates, you need to book via your individual account at minorhotels.com. However, if you are a member of both Minor DISCOVERY and Minor PRO Business Programme, you will still accumulate your DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) when booking a Minor PRO Business Programme rate.

10. TO ACCESS TO A SUPERIOR CATEGORY, WILL ALL THE ROOM NIGHTS SPENT BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT NO MATTER THE BOOKING CHANNEL?

Yes, all the room nights will be taken into account independently of the booking channel. But to enjoy your category benefits and maximum discounts, you will need to do the booking through the Minor PRO platform (minor-pro.com).

11. WHEN WILL MY BOOKINGS BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT TO UPGRADE MY PROFILE TO A SUPERIOR CATEGORY?

Every month we will analyse the number of nights spent and upgrade your category accordingly. Remember that you need to spend the night and not just book it, for it to count.

12. HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT MY MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME CATEGORY IS?

When you reach a new category, you will receive a communication via email that will inform you.

You can also log in to your Minor PRO Business Programme private area through the Minor PRO platform and see what your current category is there.

13. HOW WILL I BE ABLE TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS OF MY NEW MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME CATEGORY WHEN GETTING A CATEGORY UPGRADE?

Your new benefits will automatically be uploaded in your account, and you will be able to enjoy them when you login in Minor PRO website.

14. WHAT BENEFITS WILL I ENJOY IF I DECIDE TO BOOK THROUGH ANOTHER CHANNEL THAT IS NOT THE MINOR PRO PLATFORM?

When booking directly with the hotel or through the reservation office you will not enjoy the online benefits but still have access to the following advantages:

• From a minimum 8% guaranteed discount and up to 15% off on all bookings worldwide, regardless of the category you belong to.
• 5% discount on meetings & events. Check all the conditions in the Minor PRO Business Programme T&Cs
• If you are also a member of Minor DISCOVERY, you can earn DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) for Minor DISCOVERY with your Minor PRO Business Programme bookings.

1. WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY MINOR PRO ACCOUNT AS A MEMBER OF MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME?

2. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD FOR MY MINOR PRO ACCOUNT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You can reset your password in our website by clicking in the Log in button and choosing “Forgot your password?” option.

3. I’M ALREADY A MEMBER OF MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME, BUT I DO NOT HAVE MY LOGIN DETAILS TO ACCESS MINOR-PRO.COM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are already a member of Minor PRO Business Programme but do not have your login credentials, you have two options:

• If you know your email but forgot your password, you can reset your password on our website by clicking the log in button and choosing “Forgot your password?” option.
• If you forgot both your email and your password, please fill in the following form: https://www.nh-hotels.biz/nhplus/en/web/

Once this form has been completed you will receive a confirmation email to configure your login details.

4. HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH IS MY MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME CATEGORY?

When you reach a new category, you will receive a communication via email that will inform you.

You can also log in to your Minor PRO Business Programme private area through the Minor PRO platform and see what your current category is there.

5.I MADE MY FIRST BOOKING THROUGH THE TEMPORARY LINK PROVIDED WHILE WAITING FOR MY CREDENTIALS. WILL THOSE ROOM NIGHTS BE COUNTED TO UPGRADE MY PROFILE TO A SUPERIOR CATEGORY?

The temporary link is provided while you receive your online credentials, bookings made through the link will not be considered for upgrades as it is a generic link.

6. MY BOOKINGS ARE MANAGED THROUGH AN AGENCY. HOW CAN MY AGENCY BOOK MY MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME BENEFITS?

If the agency is not working with Minor PRO they can join us by registering through https://www.nh-hotels.biz/yas/en/. Once the registration is complete or if the agency is already working with Minor PRO, it is necessary to have access to your Minor PRO Business Programme membership, this access should be requested by sending an email to [email protected]. To enjoy the minor-pro.com additional benefits associated to your category level, the agency will need to book online with their own credentials.

7. IS THERE A MAXIMUM NUMBER OF ROOMS PER HOTEL THAT MY COMPANY CAN BOOK VIA MINOR PRO?

Yes, a maximum of 9 rooms per company, date and hotel can be booked via the Minor PRO Platform. For reservations of more than 9 rooms, group special fares and conditions apply.

8. CAN I MODIFY MY DATES?

You can modify certain information about the booking, for example the details of the booker and guest, and room preferences such as bed type, smoking preferences and other comments. If you wish to change the dates of your stay, then you need to cancel the reservation and make a new one.

9. CAN I CANCEL A RESERVATION THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED?

Yes, you can cancel one or several bookings, without any extra charge, depending on the cancelation policy indicated in the booking confirmation.

10. CAN I EXTEND A RESERVATION BY MORE THAN ONE DAY?

Yes, you can extend your reservations subject to availability. The availability and rates will be confirmed upon request.

1. IF A COMPANY HAS A CORPORATE NEGOTIATED RATE WITH MINOR HOTELS, WILL THESE RATES BE SHOWN ON MY PERSONAL PAGE?

Yes, this information will be shown if you previously contacted the sales department to request it. All the rates and conditions will be automatically displayed based on the agreement conditions established.

2. AS A BUSINESS TRAVELER MEMBER OF MINOR DISCOVERY CAN I COMBINE MY 10% DISCOUNT FROM THE MINOR DISCOVERY PROGRAM TO THE MINOR PRO BUSINESS PROGRAMME DISCOUNTS?

No. Your company rates, from the Minor PRO Business Programme, are not compatible with your 10% discount from Minor DISCOVERY. To book your Minor PRO Business Programme discounts you need to book through the Minor PRO platform (minor-pro.com/minor-pro-business-programme) with your Minor PRO account, and to book your Minor DISCOVERY rates you need to book via your individual account through minorhotels.com, you can do so by clicking on the login button an selecting the profile you need. However, if you are a member of Minor DISCOVERY and Minor PRO Business Programme, you will still accumulate your Minor DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) when booking a Minor PRO Business Programme rate.
