NH Amsterdam Noord is split over six floors with 290 rooms that range from Standard King or Queen Rooms to Superior King or Queen Rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, sound-proofing and premium 30cm mattresses so you’re guaranteed a comfortable stay. For in-room entertainment, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, including rooms, and there’s a satellite TV as standard, too.
Accommodation décor nods to the city’s impressive green spaces and focus on well-being, with light walls and floors, streamlined wooden furniture and splashes of colour.

From the airport
Train: From Schiphol Airport trains run every 10 minutes from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol to Amsterdam Central Station between 05:40 am and 12:30 am. and the trip costs 4.20€
Taxi: It's a 25 minute trip and is around 70€.
From the train station
From Central Station:
By Bus: Take bus 391 in the direction of 'Zaandijk Zaanse Schans' or bus 394 in the direction of 'Zaandam Station'. Stop at Mosplein. From there, the hotel is approximately five minutes on foot.
By Metro: Or take metro 52 in the direction of 'Station Noord' and stop at Station Noord. From there, take bus 34 or 35 in the direction of 'Olaf Palmeplein' and stop at Mosplein. Or take metro 52 in the direction of 'Station Noord' and stop at Noorderpark. From there, the hotel is approximately ten minutes on foot.
By Tram: The trams in Amsterdam run from 7am to 1am. If you're in the city for a few days buy a Tram day- and week tickets.
On Foot: It takes around 15 minutes. From the station take the free ferry “Buiksloterwegveer” (which crosses 24/7). Walk towards the Ranokelkade, and on to the Van der Pekstraat, which leads to the hotel.
By shuttle: This free service runs to and from a designated drop-off/pick-up point from where you can easily reach the city center and is available from 9AM till 11:45PM.

Guests can check in from 15:00; check-out must be completed by 12:00. It is possible to extend check-out to 17:00 during weekend stays, free of charge. To do this, you’ll need to book directly and sign up to NH DISCOVERY to take advantage of our "Lazy Sundays" late check-out.
What food options and bars are available at NH Amsterdam hotel?
Travelers restaurant is open for our breakfast buffet service, plus lunch and dinner, while snacks, sandwiches and light bites can be found at Cafe Corner and Bar King William III. This pub-style bar is open daily between 15:00 – 23:00. Room service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week while outside of the hotel, you’ll find plenty of places to eat in nearby Van der Pekstraat.
Can I bring my pet to stay at NH Amsterdam Noord?
Yes, we allow both dogs and cats (with a maximum of 2 pets per room). As space for pets is limited, please contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange your pet’s stay. The cost is 25€ per pet, per stay, with no charge for guide dogs.
