From the airport
From the Berlin Brandenburg Airport BER, take train RB14 to Zoologischer Garten or take either Train FEX or RB14 to Berlin Ostkreuz. Here switch to S Train S5 or S7 and exit at Savignyplatz. It’s a 55 minute trip.
Taxi From BER: it will take around 30 minutes.
From the train station
From Berlin's main train station, catch one of several trains headed towards Savignyplatz, such as the S7. Exit at Savignyplatz, turn right, and walk two streets to Grolmenstrasse, where you'll find the hotel. From Uhlandstraße: Turn right into the "Grolmanstraße"; The Hotel is on the right.
