On the lower ground floor you will find a well-equipped gym that is available to hotel guests for free. In the gym, you will find everything you need to complete a full-body workout, including a variety of modern exercise machines and a selection of weights.

After a heavy workout, you can unwind in our sauna or steam room, which are open from 9:00 to 23:00. Towels are provided and please note that swimwear must be worn in the sauna and steam room. The facilities are also available to non-hotel guests for a fee of €17.

The hotel freshly prepares a continental breakfast buffet each morning. It’s open from 05:00 to 10:00 Monday - Friday, 05:00 - 11:00 on Saturdays, and 05:00 - 12:00 on Sundays. Here you can dive into an assortment of breakfast favourites including pastries, breads, yoghurts, fruits, cold cuts, cheeses, and more. Hot dishes are also available to order.

During the day, head to our in-house cafe, Café-Saint Ex, where you can treat yourself to a selection of baked goods, French specialties, and refreshments. For a spot of lunch, choose from a variety of sandwiches, snacks, and fresh salads. With its welcoming atmosphere, the cafe is an ideal co-working space for modern travellers.

In the evening, enjoy a delectable meal from our new restaurant, Les 100 Ciels. Elegantly decorated with warm tones and letting in a wealth of natural light, it’s the perfect place for any occasion, The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers a buffet-style as well as an a la carte menu featuring some French favourites.

Later on, you can head to our stylish and cosy hotel bar, which has been inspired by British pubs. Vol de Nuit serves a selection of beverages, including local, regional, and international wines, beers, and cocktails.

NH Lyon Airport is home to one of the biggest meeting and events centres in the region. Our event facilities include five large meeting rooms and eight boardrooms, with the largest space comfortably fitting 300 people. All of our function rooms are equipped with any audiovisual equipment you may need and the spaces themselves have a delightful ambiance with plenty of natural light.

We accommodate almost any event, from lavish cocktail parties to influential seminars. Due to our convenient location, our conference centre is the ideal place to conduct international meetings or business events. Our staff are trained to the highest standards in hospitality, and we will do our best to fulfil any special requests you may have.
