Terms and Conditions for the Minor PRO Agencies Programme
I INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions regulate the Minor PRO Agencies Programme (hereafter, “the programme”), owned by Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, S.A. with registered offices in Madrid, C/ Santa Engracia nº 120, and Tax ID number A-28027944 (hereafter, ‘Minor Hotels’).
These terms and conditions specify how the programme operates as well as the process for members of the programme (hereinafter, the “Member” or “Members”). Members shall at all times have access to the up-to-date and valid general terms and conditions which regulate the programme (hereafter, “Terms and Conditions”), by looking at the Minor Hotels website [https://www.minorhotels.com/en/minor-pro/agencies/minor-pro-agencies-programme/terms-and-conditions], in order to at all times be fully informed of the Terms and Conditions applicable to them as Members, and of which they declare to have knowledge.
By expressly accepting said Terms and Conditions Member declares to have knowledge of the content of such Terms and conditions and to remain subject to them for the duration of their membership of the programme.
The Member may benefit from the advantages inherent in the programme only in those hotels and for those services and rates included at any given point in the programme. Members shall be duly informed about the hotels and services included in the programme and their relevant rates. Such list shall be updated from time to time, and such variations will be shown in the Minor Hotels Website and they also will be communicated to the Members via email.
Minor Hotels reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to modify the list of hotels, services, benefits, and rates included in the programme. Said new Terms and Conditions will be made available to the Member through the website.
The programme is regulated with immediate effect by these Terms and Conditions, and it is expressly declared that any previous general terms and conditions of the programme are hereby cancelled and replaced by these Terms and Conditions.
Membership in the program shall prevail over any other contractual or commercial relationship, and any prior agreements and related documentation shall be automatically terminated.
II MINOR PRO AGENCIES PROGRAMME MEMBERSHIP
1. The programme
Minor PRO Agencies Programme provides exclusive conditions, rates and offers for travel agencies. Members now have additional benefits and advantages that apply to bookings made for agency clients as well as to personal leisure stays under the applicable travel agent rate. These benefits and advantages are non-transferable, and they may not be assigned to third parties.
The agency can only book a maximum of 9 rooms for the same dates and same hotel with the Minor PRO Agencies Programme benefits. For reservations of more than 9 rooms group special fares and conditions apply.
2. Members
To become a Member, and register into the Programme, the agencies must meet the following conditions:
- Not to have an express agreement signed with Minor Hotels; and
- Not to be a travel management company (TMC).
Participation and become a Member is subject to prior approval by Minor Hotels.
3. Minor PRO Agencies Programme Enrolment Process
New Member
Enrolment in the programme is free. Any dully registered travel agency that meets the above conditions may sign up for the programme, once they have read and expressly accepted its Terms and Conditions of participation through the channels that Minor Hotels has enabled for this purpose at any time.
Any travel agency can request enrolment into the programme through the following channels:
- Minor PRO website: go here and complete the registration form online.
- Minor Hotels Customer Care Call Centres: contact us in order to manage your request correctly. Please find your Minor Hotels Customer Care Call Centre here
- or any other means made available by Minor Hotels in which the Member can give their express consent to enrolment in the programme.
During the registration process the potential Member must fill all the required information and provide a valid email address to be able to enrol in the programme. Once the registration is sent, it could take around 72 hours to receive the online credentials to the online booking tool Minor PRO. While the registration request is in process, the potential Member will be provided with a temporary link to access the programme and make their first bookings within the Minor PRO Agencies Programme benefits. The revenue generated and room nights spent in this link will not be accounted to the Member as it is a temporary link.
Once the registration request has been proceeded and approved by Minor Hotels
, the Member will receive a welcome email to the programme with the membership number. From such welcome email the Member shall be able to set a password to access to the Minor PRO website.
Once the new password has been set, the Member will be able to access to the Minor PRO website using their email and password. The invoice revenue booked, and room nights spent through this channel will be counted in the Minor PRO account to improve the customer experience.
New user within the Member
In the event of an existing Member of the programme wants to register an additional user to Minor PRO (the “Additional User”), it can be done through this sign up form.
During the registration process, the Additional User must follow the same process as provided for New Members: fill all the required information and provide a valid email address to be able to enrol in the programme. Once the registration is sent, it could take around 24 hours to receive the online credentials to the online booking tool Minor PRO.
Once the registration request has been proceeded, this Additional User will receive a reset password email to set a password. Once the new password has been set, the Additional User will be able to access to Minor PRO using their email and password, the invoice revenue booked and room nights spent through this channel will be counted in the Minor PRO account to improve the customer experience.
Modification of information
If the Member needs to change any information, it will need to contact the Customer Care Call Centre here.
4. Benefits of the programme
The programme offers several benefits to Members. The benefits apply to all our Anantara, Avani, Colbert Collection, IStay, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow hotels, Tivoli, and the Wolseley hotels established in Europe and the Americas (except Brazil) and they are subject to the hotel availability. Minor Hotels reserves the right to amend the list of hotels included in the programme or eligible rates.
The programme benefits are only applicable for future reservations once registered. In this way, if the client already has future reservations before signing up to Minor PRO Agencies Programme, the programme benefits will not be applied on those reservations.

Benefits booking through the Minor PRO website
Booking Channel Requirement
All Programme benefits — including commissions, payments, rates, discounts, and exclusive offers — apply only to bookings made directly through the official website: minor-pro.com.
Bookings made through other channels (e.g. call centres, hotels directly, GDS, or third-party platforms) are not eligible for the programme benefits.
Commission Structure
- Commission levels are determined by the total number of room nights booked through minor-pro.com within a 12-month period from subscription date (“Period”). Only room nights booked through minor-pro.com will be considered for the commission levels.
- The tiered structure is as follows:
- Explorer: 0–99 room nights → 11% commission
- Champion: 100–199 room nights → 12% commission
- Icon: 200–499 room nights → 13% commission
- Legend: 500+ room nights → 15% commission
- An upgrade of tier takes place when a member has met the room nights required for the next tier within the applicable Period.
- Commissions are calculated on a net basis, before any taxes and are not applicable to ancillary charges (e.g. spa, transport, taxes, food & beverage or any other fees or expenses paid to a third party).
Commission Payments
- Commission payments are made after guest departure and upon validation of the booking and effective payment.
- The agency has the option to act under the merchant model (Minor Hotels invoices to the Agency for the hotels services, discounted the payment for agency services) or under the commissionable model (Minor Hotels invoices to the guest and the Agency invoices to Minor Hotels for its agency services). By default, the agency will be registered as commissionable. In case the agency wants to change to net invoicing, they need to request it sending an email to [email protected].
Access to Rates and Room Categories
- Registered agencies will have access to all public, promotional, and Minor DISCOVERY loyalty programme rates, with full availability across all room categories.
- Some promotional rates may be subject to blackout dates or specific conditions.
- Minor DISCOVERY logged rates and Web Secrets are excluded.
Exclusive Travel Agent Rate
- Registered agents are entitled to an exclusive personal rate for individual leisure stays.
- The travel agent rate is strictly for personal use and not commissionable.
- Proof of agency affiliation may be required at check-in.
Minor DISCOVERY Dollars (D$)
- Guests booked through the agency will earn Minor DISCOVERY Dollars (D$) when staying at participating Minor DISCOVERY loyalty programme hotels.
- Guest must be member of Minor DISCOVERY to earn DISCOVERY Dollars.
- The agency is not eligible to earn D$ on behalf of guests.
Promotions and Special Offers
- Programme members will have access to exclusive promotions and partner-only offers published on minor-pro.com.
- Promotions are subject to availability and may vary by brand, region, or hotel.
Platform Use
- minor-pro.com provides real-time availability, instant confirmations, and flexible payment options.
- Agencies are responsible for ensuring that bookings are made under their registered agency account to ensure benefits apply.
General Conditions
- Benefits cannot be combined with other programmes, incentives, or commission structures unless explicitly stated by Minor Hotels.
Benefits booking through Minor Hotels reservation centre or hotel:
If agencies book through the reservation centre or the hotel, they will only receive a 10% commission regardless of their tier.
Room nights booked through these channels or any other indirect channel will not be considered for tier levels.
III. CANCELLATION OF THE PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME
Membership in the programme has no expiry date, but the account may be cancelled together with membership in the programme for any of the following reasons:
1. At the request of the Member
Members may at any time withdraw their participation in the programme. To do this, Members must send their written request to withdraw from the programme via email to the relevant email accounts provided here: Contact for agencies and providing the relevant email address associated with their account. This voluntary cancellation will involve the automatic loss of all benefits and advantages.
2. At the request of Minor Hotels
Minor Hotels reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel the membership of any Member of the programme for any of the following reasons:
- When the Member has not made use of the products and services offered by Minor Hotels for a period of 12 months.
- When improper or fraudulent use has been made of the programme: breach of Terms and Conditions, payment irregularity or inappropriate conduct in the hotel, notwithstanding claims for damages which could be filed by Minor Hotels.
- In the event of force majeure or due to legal, governmental or any other type of enforcement which makes it necessary to cancel the programme.
- When required to do so for reasons of Minor Hotels corporate strategy.
- Due to the dissolution or bankruptcy of the Member.
In all the aforementioned cases, the Member shall automatically lose the right to use and enjoy the advantages associated with the programme. In each and all the cases listed above, this being a Minor PRO Agencies Programme which is free for the Member, the latter expressly waives their right to damages against Minor Hotels due to cancellation of the membership or the programme.
The assignment of the membership of the programme is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of the participation in the programme.
IV LIABILIY
Minor Hotels shall not be liable for:
- Any failure of the Member to comply with the stated obligations.
- Any deficiency or failure in the system, website, online booking tool or data processing, which is not directly attributable to Minor Hotels, or which is outside of Minor Hotels’ reasonable control.
- Any indirect or consequential damage caused to the Member that could result from the membership of the programme or from any of the advantages or services provided pursuant to the present conditions.
- The reliability, availability and continuity of the services made available online to the Member, thus excluding any liability for damages of any kind which may arise from a lack of availability, reliability or continuity of its website or its services, although it will try to facilitate, to the extent of its capabilities, technical support for the person affected.
Minor Hotels does not undertake to control and does not have any prior control over viruses or elements contained within them which may alter the software or hardware of the user or of persons visiting the web pages and will therefore not be liable for damages of any kind which may arise from the same.

VI PLACE OF JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with Spanish law. Minor Hotels and the Member, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, are subject to the courts of the city of Madrid (Spain).
