In the evening, visit the Michelin Guide–recommended Restaurant Sophia, named after Sophia Loren, who was a frequent guest here. It specialises in seasonal Istrian cuisine. Alternatively, visit Restaurant Fleur de Sel, which offers superb modern cuisine paired with sea views.

Fancy a drink or snack? Head to either of the hotel’s bars or grab a pastry and a coffee from Forma Viva, located in the historic park.
