The Sky Bar sound is in the hands of DJ Nebur, who performs from Tuesday to Saturday, from 19.00 to 23.00, playing new tracks and chill out music. This summer, the Sky Bar will have themed nights which combine sounds and flavours: on Tuesdays the taste is gin to the sound of jazz, Thursdays are vodka and violins while Saturday nights are dedicated to rum accompanied by salsa.
In an era of real time and virtual sharing of life's best times, the Sky Bar menu focuses on gourmet tapas and jars to share with friends, such as Sangria, Mojito, Gin or Caipirinha. If you're felling hungry, there's an excellent choice of snacks, tapas and salads. Favourites include hamburgers in beetroot bread or cuttlefish ink bread or even loin steak and cured ham in traditional Madeira bread. Reflecting the trend for healthy drinks, this year the Sky Bar menu also includes a selection of flavour full smoothies.
