17 June 2017 The customer satisfaction stakes are continuing to heat up across the globe as TripAdvisor announces the recipients of its coveted Certificate of Excellence Awards for 2017, and leading the charge in the hotel category is Oaks Hotels & Resorts, who has strengthened its reputation as a leading accommodation provider of choice after receiving twenty awards across its property portfolio.

From Darwin to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Port Douglas, Melbourne, Redcliffe, Gladstone and Mackay, an impressive collection of the hotelier’s Australian network were among those properties recognised for consistently achieving outstanding traveller reviews, comprising both central city hotels, and regional and coastal resorts.
