A glimpse of ocean and a soft salt-infused breeze. Crackles from the pizza oven as homemade dough rises and crisps, our young chef kneading and spinning with the expertise of the artisan. Laidback island-style dining with imaginative creations.

At the heart of Fogliani’s, a traditional wood-fired oven sits rooted in the sand alongside coconut trees, as if it has always been there. As well as deli-style casual bites, Fogliani’s offers an array of contemporary specialties – handmade pastas with broccolini and pea tendrils, butternut squash pizza with goat’s cheese, rocca pesto and pine nuts – as well as the challenge to create your own flavour infusion pizza.
