Hunter Valley

The Hunter Valley is located in the wine region of New South Wales just two hours north of Sydney. With over 120 wineries in the area it's not hard to see why the Hunter Valley is a popular tourist destination. Not only is it famous for its wines but for a number of other experiences and activities on offer including cooking and wine classes, play a round of golf at the Cypress Lakes Golf Course or relax at one of the day spas where you can pamper yourself. The kids can enjoy horse riding; learn about animals at the Hunter Valley Zoo and cycling.

The Hunter Valley Cheese Company is a boutique Cheese Shop where you can buy platters, coffee, chutneys, relishes and jams and the Hunter Valley Chocolate Company is another must do. Whilst on your visit to the region, be sure to stop in at the Hunter Valley Gardens nestled amongst the Hunter vineyards with more than 60 acres of stunning gardens and 10 themed garden areas including The Oriental Garden, The Italian Grotto and The Indian Mosaic Garden, just to name a few.
